Specifying the category ID after the base URL will return the single category item with that unique ID:

Manipulating the Data

The media items that appear in a given podcast feed can be filtered by a number of parameters passed in via the URL query string. These can be combined in any way you want, although you may reduce the list to 0 with some combinations.
